We’re Erika and Jeremy, founders of Stellus Partners. We believe strong projects begin with clear communication, thoughtful decisions, and dependable partnerships. Our approach is shaped by the leadership, accountability, and trust we developed through our military service. We met while serving in the Marine Corps and later continued our service in the Air Force, and those experiences still guide how we work today.

Over the past several years, we have worked hands-on with residential renovations and rental properties, managing projects from acquisition and planning through construction and completion. Together, we bring a practical mix of real estate and construction experience to every project. We believe in staying organized, communicating clearly, and following through on what we promise. Erika earned her Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and serves on the Zoning Hearing Board in her local township. Jeremy earned his Master’s degree in Construction Management from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and also studied at NYU Schack.
